I’ve been a designer in some form or another my entire life. Whether it be elaborately wrapping gifts, making my Halloween costumes, creating craft cocktails, painting, art direction, or UX/UI design. Design is in my blood.
I originally went to college planning to become a marketer, but one graphic design course changed everything. I fell in love with design and never looked back. After earning a B.A. in Graphic Design, I built my career from graphic designer to senior designer and design manager, while continuing to invest in my education. I later earned an Associate’s degree in Web Design, followed by certifications in UX Design and W3C Web Accessibility (ADA). I’ve always believed that great designers never stop learning, and that curiosity has shaped every stage of my career.
In my personal life, I am a volunteer, an enthusiast for most things outdoors. I love mountain and road biking, hiking, paddleboarding, concerts, LEGO, and travel just to name a few things. My dog, Gertie, can be a bit of a handful but she’s an absolute joy. It’s always interesting introducing her to new people and situations.
